The Y8 Calabash is the result of a dynamic collaboration between Javier Jaudenes, a top product designer together with our YYachts design team and interior designer David Thulstrup. This innovative yacht features an entirely new design that optimizes both performance and aesthetics. With a wider stern and a mast set further back, the redesigned Y8 significantly enhances speed and stability. Javier Jaudenes, renowned for his expertise in yacht design, has applied his extensive sailing experience to refine the sailplan. The deck and cockpit are focusing on ergonomics and functionality. This collaborative effort has produced a yacht that is not only fast but also exceptionally safe and enjoyable under any sailing conditions.

Owner’s cabin with en-suite bathroom with wardrobe in the front area. 1 Big salon lounge area incl. dining area fwd, furniture to be chosen by option Y8.02141 – 145. 2x double guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms.
Crew area in the aft with separate entrance and galley, crew mess and 1x twin bunk crew cabin in the aft with en-suite bathroom. Seating furniture preselection Berlin style.
