The Y8 Calabash combining minimalist design, full-carbon construction and the comfort of a superyacht, yet easy to manage even with a reduced crew. Developed in collaboration with Surge-Projects / Javier Jaudenes, responsible for her contemporary, clean and understated aesthetic. Built entirely in carbon, this lightweight 80-foot sailing yacht blends performance, effortless cruising and refined comfort – an ideal combination for owners seeking elegance, quality and modern design.

This performance-oriented yacht has a wider stern which, together with the mast set further aft, highlights the high-speed potential that Javier Jaudenes attributes to his design. Her carbon construction, efficient sail plan and advanced rig geometry ensure excellent sailing performance, while her systems layout allows smooth handling in all conditions.
The award-winning interior – crafted by David Thulstrupp and YYachts Design Team – is welcoming, bright and sophisticated, using natural materials and lightweight structures to achieve an elegant, minimalist atmosphere.
