INTRODUCING
THE NEW Y6

Our new Y6 model is the result responding to our customer demand for maximum privacy and easy handling. World-renowned yacht designer Bill Tripp created a yacht that can be sailed solo or as a couple, with no compromise on style or performance to enjoy the freedom of solo sailing without sacrificing the luxury of a true superyacht.

The design and configuration reflect that philosophy — and the Y6 offers the most versatile layout options in its class. Built from advanced carbon epoxy, the nearly 20-meter Y6 delivers superior strength and lightweight performance, allowing it to sail even in light wind conditions — a hallmark of the YYachts fleet. Carbon epoxy construction also ensures a fresh, odor-free interior environment, setting the Y6 apart from conventionally built yachts.

Lightweight Carbon Construction

YYachts‘ innovative use of lightweight carbon construction offers unparalleled advantages. Sail swiftly even in light winds thanks to the reduced weight, which also lowers the loads on the mast and deck fittings. This design allows for easier handling by a short-handed crew, ensuring a seamless sailing experience.

Full 3D Engineering

Our full 3D engineering encompasses not only the interior but also each module, which is equipped with its own technology and wiring harness. Y6 EXTERIOR

Conceptually, the Y6 is designed as a stylish world cruiser, featuring a cockpit layout that allows the helmsman to control the yacht completely alone. All halyards and sheets on the Y6 run aft to the wheel pedestals. We keep an eye on every detail to ensure the easy and safe handling. Her good ballast ratio keeps her very stable, so that a Y6 is extremely pleasant to sail.

The furling system, anchor and wheel pedestals are elegantly integrated into the exterior look created by Bill Tripp. One engine and a bow thruster allow stressfree maneuvering, even in tight marinas, making the Y6 surprisingly easy to handle. To be even more sustainable, a version with an electric engine will be available. On deck, YYachts uses synthetic teak which is long lasting, light and eco-friendly.

Y6 INTERIOR

UNIQUELY CUSTOMIZED LIKE NO OTHER

Below deck, the Y6 offers unmatched flexibility. Owners can choose from several layouts, typically featuring three or four cabins, while a variety of customizable options ensure the Y6 fits a wide range of lifestyles. You can opt for an office in place of a lounge, a crew cabin forward, or tailor the owner’s suite exact to your preferences. It’s a matter of personal style and taste, and we are here to help realise your vision. With the Y6, we deliver an exceptional level of customization that is rare in the 60- to 65-foot class.

SALON

Every Y6 interior is developed in collaboration with the YYachts design team, with a curated selection of materials — including wood options such as oak and mahogany — and a range of luxurious fabrics. The standard Y6 has natural oak furniture and flooring.

MASTER CABIN

The forward owner’s cabin features a free-standing bed, two large hanging lockers, and an en-suite bathroom in the bow. The spacious entrance area from the salon to the master cabin is designed with innovative sliding doors.

TAILORMADE
INTERIOR DESIGN

Y6 Standard Layout: The owner’s cabin is located forward and features a free-standing bed, two large hanging lockers, and an en-suite bathroom in the bow. The lower salon includes a U galley on starboard-side, and opposite of the galley is a relaxation area with an L-shaped sofa. In the center of the salon, there is a dining area for six people to port and a comfortable lounge sofa to starboard. Aft, there are two twin guest cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
