YYachts attaches particular importance to its employees having a passion for sailing and technical understanding of yachts. Magnus Lundgren brings exactly that to the table. Based in Sweden, he is now responsible for Scandinavia and the Baltic region as Sales Director.<\/p>\n
Lundgren has dedicated his entire life to sailing and racing. In 1992, he was ranked #1 in the world and finished 10th at the Olympics in Barcelona, where he started for Sweden helming the 470. He also used his MBA for sailing and gained extensive experience over the past 26 years working for Hallberg-Rassy, Najad and lately in sales for Arcona Yachts. Having also raced on customers\u2019 boats, he muses: \u2018Throughout my career, cruises with my family and friends have always been a passion and a source of energy for me.\u2019<\/p>\n
Having just turned 60, Lundgren wants to experience something new again with the special YYachts he is so enthusiastic about. On joining the team, the sailing yacht expert describes his plans in clear terms: \u201cI look forward to meeting our new and old customers and making the most of their dreams when it comes to sailing with the amazing models from YYachts. My ambition will be to make YYachts a recognised brand in this part of the world and to sell these wonderful yachts.\u201d<\/p>\n
